Also, we thrive on supporting our military spouses by offering flexible, remote work positions that they can take with them when Uncle Sam says it is time to PCS. (That is military speak for moving.)

Amanda Prill – Owner/Founder

Amanda appreciates the burden carried by the small business owner because she has been there. She served as the CEO for a start-up that grew to almost $4MM in 3.5 years. This unique perspective allows Amanda to see red flags within an organization’s finances and add more perspective than the typical bookkeeper. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and has twenty years of experience in managing small businesses, operations, and business finances.

When not in her office, you can find Amanda cycling, hiking, soaking up the sunshine, crafting, or golfing with her husband.

Heather Laughlin – Executive Administrative Assistant

Heather holds a Master of Arts in Economics and a Bachelors of Business Administration. Additionally, she possesses impressive work experience that has proven invaluable in keeping systems, processes, and the team running smoothly so we continue to provide the best service possible to our amazing clients.


Deidra Hallahan – Sr. Bookkeeper

Deidra provides our clients peace of mind with hassle-free and user-friendly solutions that result in accurate financial records. She shares insights to help business owners better understand their financial picture. Deidra is QuickBooks Online certified and has years of experience.

Linette Grayum – Sr. Bookkeeper

Linette thrives on organizing and sorting, especially financials that are easy to understand and provide an accurate overview of financial health. She is a seasoned professional with more than 15 years of experience. Furthermore, she has supported both large and small businesses within a variety of industries empowering her with a well-rounded set of bookkeeping skills. In her spare time, Linette enjoys knitting, baking, rock climbing, and camping with her husband, son and two dogs.
